Our objective is to get computer problems solved fast and efficiently.As part of our maintenance package we offer eight working hour response, two preventative visits a year (all parts included) and, for an extra charge, a guaranteed swap out facility. Support is provided for PC’s incorporating Win 98, NT, 2000, XP Pro, Apple Systems from PowerMac to G5 and to make life easier payment can be made by monthly standing order. Please call Keith or email keith@graphicsols.com for a quotation or site visit.Graphics contract response times are 8 working hour, Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30, although, as all companies are different, GraphicSolutions Support provide tailored made contracts to suit clients’ requirements, offering a more effective and efficient solution. All engineers are dispatched with a detailed worksheets which will be signed off by the customer which will have all details of times, dates, actions taken and engineer's details of further action required. The service manager will progress all calls to ensure adherence to the contracted service as well as keeping the customer informed as to the status of all outstanding jobs. Every fault logged by our service desk is allocated a job number for identification purposes. GraphicSolutions will endeavour to allocate dedicated engineers to customers’ sites for maximum efficiency.
